Perceptions and effects of traditional and modern leadership styles

This survey is part of a scientific bachelor thesis at the Stuttgart Media University. The aim of the survey is to gather subjective experiences with different leadership styles, particularly with regard to emotional intelligence, communication and the effectiveness of modern leadership concepts.

 

The survey is aimed at employees and managers from various sectors and company sizes. Your details will remain anonymous, be treated in strict confidence and will be used exclusively for scientific purposes.
